This Online Banking Services Agreement and Disclosure ("Agreement")
is entered into between Iowa State Savings Bank ("Bank")
and the undersigned customer of the Bank. Subscribers to Iowa State
Savings Bank Online Services are referred to in this Agreement as
"you" or "your". This Agreement discloses how
you can use online service to obtain account inquiries, transfer funds
between your accounts, and request other bank services. This Agreement
contains the terms and conditions governing the online service. If
you use the online service or permit another to use the online service
on your behalf, you agree to the terms and conditions stated in this
Agreement.
- Scope
This Agreement governs on-line access to your accounts with the
Bank. The terms and conditions set forth herein are in addition
to, and do not cancel or supersede, any other agreements or signature
cards governing your accounts or business relationships with the
Bank. Persons you authorize to have access to your accounts through
the Online service may not be the same persons who are authorized
to sign on the account under your other agreements and signature
cards with the Bank. In cases where your authorizations to other
persons do not coincide with your authorizations for the same
account(s) under signature card agreement(s), the signature card
agreement(s) will govern the online service transactions.
If you want to terminate your access to Iowa State Savings Bank
Online Banking services, please call Customer Service at 641-782-1000
or 1-888-508-0142, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Central Time Monday through
Friday. We will send a written termination authorization for your
signature and return to us. We reserve the right to terminate
this service, in whole or in part, at any time with or without
cause and without prior written notice. Upon termination, we reserve
the right to make no further payments or transfers from your account(s)
pursuant to this Agreement, including payments or transfers you
have previously authorized. We also reserve the right to temporarily
suspend this service in situations deemed appropriate by us, in
our sole and absolute discretion, including when we believe a
breach of the system security may have occurred or is being attempted.

Online Services Available
Iowa State Savings Bank Online Banking is available 24 hours a
day, seven days a week, except during special maintenance periods.
For purposes of transactions, BUSINESS DAYS are Monday through
Friday, except banking holidays. Iowa State Savings Bank has established
its business day to end at 3:05 pm Monday through Friday. Transfers
must be scheduled before the cut-off time of 3:05 pm on any business
day in order for the transaction to be completed on that business
day. Transactions initiated after 3:05 pm on a business day, Saturday,
Sunday, or bank holiday will be posted on the NEXT BUSINESS DAY.
Your online service payments and transfers will be indicated on
your periodic statements we provide or make accessible by mail
or delivery service. You have a right under federal law to receive
such statements for accounts governed by the Electronic Funds
Transfer Act ("EFTA") and Regulation E. We may also
provide or make accessible to you statement information electronically
or by some other means.
Iowa State Savings Bank Online Banking service has no monthly
fees or transaction fees for accessing your accounts and using
features of the Online Banking. We reserve the right to add Online
Banking service fees at any time. Iowa State Savings Bank will
give all customers thirty (30) days notice before such a change.
Other fees disclosed separately to you in connection with your
accounts still apply.
You are solely responsible for the equipment you use to access
these services. In order to use the online service, you must have
your own Internet Service Provider and the necessary computer
equipment. We are not responsible for errors or delays or your
inability to access this service caused by your equipment. We
are not responsible under any circumstances for any damages to
your equipment or the data resident thereon.
To access Iowa State Savings Bank Online Banking through the Internet,
you must log in for the first time using your Telebank PIN or
your bank assigned Access ID and Password. After logging in for
the first time, you must IMMEDIATELY change your Password. This
is for your own protection. In addition, we recommend you change
your Password regularly to protect the security and privacy of
your financial information. Your Password must be between 6 and
12 characters in length, and it must contain at least 1 numeric
and 1 alpha character. Your password is case sensitive. Upper
and lower case letters must be typed exactly as they appear. You
should keep your access IDs and Passwords confidential and should
never share them with any other person. Anyone to whom you give
your Access ID and Password will have full access to your accounts.
Individuals (for example, a husband and wife) who have joint access
to accounts should have their own distinct Access Ids and Passwords.
We reserve the right to de-activate any Access ID at any time.
If- your Access ID has been closed, you will be required to go
through the registration process again.
Iowa State Savings Bank welcomes communication with our personnel
via email. You may e-mail us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. E-mail
message responses or comments are made during regular business
hours. For additional information about what types of e-mails
Iowa State Savings Bank will accept please refer to our E-Mail
Policy.
The Internet (including unencrypted email) is a non-secure network.
We will not send confidential customer information through this
channel and discourage you from doing so. (Our internet banking
product is more secure than e-mail.)

Customer Liability
Iowa State Savings Bank may accept, as authentic, any instructions
given to us through the use of your Access ID and Password. You
agree that if you give your Access ID and Password to someone
else, you are authorizing them to act on your behalf, and we may
accept any instructions they give us to make transfers or otherwise
use Iowa State Savings Bank Online Services. You should notify
the Bank IMMEDIATELY if you believe any of your accounts have
been accessed or your Access ID and Password have been compromised.
Contacting the Bank immediately, especially by telephone, will
help you reduce your potential losses.
If someone used your Access ID and Password WITHOUT your permission,
you can lose no more than $50.00 if you notify the Bank within
two (2) business days of discovery. You can lose as much as $500.00
if you do not notify the Bank within two (2) business days of
discovery and the Bank can prove that it could have prevented
the unauthorized use had it been notified. Iowa State Savings
Bank's Error Resolution Policy is provided to you on all periodic
statements you receive from the Bank. Please refer to periodic
statements for our Error Resolution Policy.

Bank's Responsibility
The Bank is responsible for completing transfers on time according
to your properly entered and transmitted instructions. However,
the Bank will not be liable for completing transfers:
- If, through no fault of ours, you do not have enough available
money in the account from which payment or transfer is to
be made, if the account has been closed, frozen, or is not
in good standing, or if we reverse payment or transfer because
of insufficient funds;
- If the transfer exceeds the credit limit on any account;
- If you have not given the Bank complete and correct instructions
so that the Bank can properly credit your account or otherwise
complete the transaction;
- If you receive notice from a merchant or other institution
that any payment or transfer you have made remains unpaid
or has not been completed, and you fail to notify us promptly
of that fact;
- If withdrawals from any of your linked accounts have been
prohibited by a garnishment, levy, or other legal process;
- If your computer, your software, or the Online Service was
not working properly and this problem should have been apparent
to you when you attempted to complete a transfer;
- If you or anyone you allow commits fraud or violates any
law or regulation- with regard to your account, accounts or
a transaction; or
- If circumstances beyond the Bank's control prevent a transfer
or payment despite safeguards taken by the Bank.
It is Iowa State Saving Bank's general policy to treat your account
information as confidential. For additional information regarding

Governing Law
This Agreement will be governed by, and construed in accordance
with, the laws of the State of Iowa and the federal laws of the
United States of America. (The law governing any deposit account
subject to this Agreement will be that of the State of Iowa.)
You agree that you have reviewed this Agreement, understand the
terms and conditions set forth herein, and agree to be bound hereby.
